CHARACTERISTIC
Dye of Polyester fiber
Along with its color, use 10~15%(O.W.F)
Owing to dissolve easily in cold water, disperse with 2~3 times water. And put into dye bath equally at 60~70°C then raise temperature up to 95~100°C within 30 minutes. After dye during 60~90minutes in the fluid, reduction cleaning with 0.5~1g/Liter, FINISH F and 2~3g/Liter, Hydrosulfite under 70~80°C in 20 minutes.

With 10~15% CARRIER M and 1~0° 2g/Liter, Hydrosulfite conc and 2~4cc/Liter Caustic Soda Fluid, Handle in 30~60minutes under 70~80°C

EFFECT
Could obtain high coloring effect by using CARRIER M
Because it has low volatility, CARRIER is economic carrier that rarely happen spot and have scum.
So no effect to pollute by soiled water.
