DAEJIN D.T.C is a high concentration scouring percolator which introduces anion structure into nonion structure. This product is manufactured on the basis of its complex construction. Effect is superiority when it uses heavy fabric and consecutive souring.

DIRECTION FOR USE
1. Cotton or mixed spinning textile's alkali scouring penetrator(liquid ratio)

After applying above direction, washed off with warm water and neutralize in 30~40°C water with thick-hydrochloric acid. Then finally washing. The quantity of usage and handling temperature can deduct in accordance with cotton bending rate and condition of machine.

2. One bath way of cotton or cotton-blended fabric scouring bleach(liquid rate)

Modulate PH of treatment dye-bath in 10.8~11.2 and washing with DAEJIN -D.T.C 0.5~1g/Liter.
3. Detergent after reactive dyeing
Dyed by reaction dye or printed cotton or cotton mixed fabric keep prevent stain and gain increasing effect of color fastness when you clean with DAEJIN-D.T.C

EFFECT
DAEJIN-D.T.C have strong percolation.
In spite of using with small amount its processing effect is excellent as well as degree of dispersion effect is strong. After scouring, dyed fabric's adherence property will be grow.
Fabric's color fastness evaluate and it is stable under high temperature also it can be used in any machine condition. Show good resistance to alkali, and maintain its percolation.
Consecutive scouring or alkali processing of cotton working is very good.
