DYE FIX B is new developed product as a wet fastness improviser for acidic dyed goods of Nylon(Polyamide fiber). Former time, it was usually doing two dye bath attachments of tannic acid and crude tartar. But DYE FIX B gives excellent wet fastness by one dye bath. Also no color change to dyed fabrics after treatment and touch of fabric is better soft than tannic acid and it can improve working efficiency.

CHARACTERISTICS
No coloring against Polyamide fiber and turn color like falling off of dyestuffs and turn dark color in working process. No harm to light fastness.
Processing by one dye bath, give superior humidity fastness to acidic dyed goods of nylon fiber.
Very good working efficiency, because of giving no harm to Nylon's property and better soft touch than tannic acid. It is a simple soluble way and processing with one dye bath.
In working process, influence of PVA and Nylon surfactant, in case of Tarring or yarn dye does not fix white scum and working capacity's great and no harm to fraction color fastness.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Put DYE FIX B into cold water or warm water by proper concentration, and modulate PH 3~3.5 with formic acid or hydrochloric acid. Putting dyed goods into water and handle during 20~30minutes under 80~90degree and promptly wash away.

Light color 1~2%(O.W.F)
Mediate color 2~4%(O.W.F)
Thick color : 4~5%(O.W.F)
