Using as a fiber carrier, SILICON SF's main ingredient is special reactive silicon. When use together with catalyze, it form strong film on surface of fiber. So it has softness, resistance and ventilation. It is eternity water repellent agent.

CHARACTERISTIC
A product which have permanency. By compatible with catalyzer, it process softness wetting and ventilation to cellulose fiber, synthetic fiber and other mixture product with peculiar silicon.
Show specific resistance to fabrics that processed by SILICON SF and good resistance to detergency and tensile strength and sewing property.
Without using together with catalyzer, compatible as a wind proof agent. Impart silky and soft touch to synthetic fiber, Polyester and Nylon.
Because of Nonion, get fine effect when use together with other ion and other product.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
In order to use SILICON SF as a permanent water repellent agent, manipulate catalyzer dye bath 5~6%PH and amount of does is 6% soln and does of catalyzer is 2%Soln.
Standard use 6~10% soln to cotton of T/C, high resistance processing of Polyester after wetting napper.
When processing of heat treatment, little difference in types of dyed fabric, have to process 4minutes under 120°C~140°C, and 3minutes under 150°C~160°C.
Catalyzer is softener of SF, have fine packing effect when use together with resin and exhibit wetting resistance.
