DIRECTIONS OF USE
Acryl fiber emulsification treatment
-In case of Acryl knit yarn or yarn of textile apply 0.5~2%(O.W.F) SOFTEN CA
-In applying yarn machine spin, use 1~4(OW.F) SOFTEN CA
-In case of using Acryl fiber's high bulk yarn, treat in SOFTEN CA in 30~40°C during 10~20min.
Emulsification treatment of Nylon, Polyester textile
-Operate Winch or Gif, and treat 20minutes under 30~40°C SOFTEN CA
-In padding equipment, padding → dehydration → dryness with SOFTEN CA
(very good above 100°C)
-Cotton and mixed yarn is treating by 0.25~1% SOFTEN CA

EFFECT
Have little declining effect of dye color fastness and no need to use antistatic agent separately.
In special case, can save antistatic agent and save amount of retardant agent up to 20~30% and prevent damage of dyestuffs by putting it directly in process of dyeing.
